Shopify website development for Omni

Delivering Shopify website development for Omni meant creating a fast and scalable eCommerce store with a strong focus on usability and performance.

I worked closely with a team of designers to rebrand and build a bespoke solution on Shopify+ for Omni’s website, aligning it with their mission of producing vet-created, evidence-based dog food and supplements. The new site highlights their allergy-friendly products and growing reputation, including support from Dragons’ Den investors.

The main goal of the project was to improve the overall user experience while supporting Omni’s rapid growth. Performance and reliability were key priorities, making sure the platform could handle increased traffic and product expansion without slowing down.

We developed a custom Shopify theme that gives the team flexibility for future updates and campaigns. The design focuses on clear navigation, strong product presentation, and a straightforward purchasing journey so customers can quickly find the right products for their pets.

Mobile usability was also a big part of the Shopify website development process. The interface was carefully optimised for smaller screens, ensuring browsing, product selection, and checkout remain simple and dependable across all devices.

The end result is a modern Shopify website that reflects Omni’s brand and supports their continued growth. The platform is easier to manage, faster to load, and ready to scale as the business expands.
